Communication Friendly Settings for Early Years research programme: Finance
The Stronger Practice Hubs (SPHs) involved in this EEF Research Programme are Pen Green Stronger Practice Hub in the East Midlands, The Great North Stronger Practice Hub in the North East and The South West Stronger Practice Hub.
Payments to settings will be made:
- Once the Universities of York, Leeds and Sheffield have gathered baselines from your setting through assessing a sample of 10-12 children and undertaking surveys with staff. This should be complete by the end of October 2024. £150.00 per setting will be paid.
- Once the Universities of York, Leeds and Sheffield have gathered end point data from your setting through reassessing the sample of children and undertaking surveys, and possibly interviews with staff. This should be complete by the end of July 2025. £250.00 per setting will be paid.
- • Once the 2 LCPs from your setting have gained level 3 and 4 accredited awards and your setting has gained a Communication Friendly Setting Award. This should be complete by the end of July 2025 for settings in the intervention group and July 2026 for settings in the control group. £468.80 per LCP will be paid.
